You will be contacted via email or phone for backordered items. We order from our vendors weekly, so many backorders can be filled within 7-10 days.
Many items are packaged in a certain size. We often break the packages to sell items individually. Please email our sales department for pricing/availability for partial cases and packages.
Many items in our catalog are discontinued or superceded (mainly tool parts). Please read all the item descriptions before ordering parts. If an item has "USE#" or "REPL#" in the description, please try searching under the new part number.
Product listings can be resorted by clicking on the column header (i.e. "Quantity", "Model", "Product Name").
By clicking on "Quantity", you can show the In-Stock items at the top of the list.
If the standard Search fails, try using the Advanced Search. It allows you to search the item
description as well as the model name.
Because we stock such a vast variety of parts, we cannot update all of the discontinued
and replacement parts from our vendors. If a part you ordered has been discontinued,
a substitute part may be sent in place of the original part.
We will honor website prices for items we have in stock. If the item has been discontinued
or needs to be reordered, we cannot guarantee the same price.
Large parts orders may receive quantity discounts.
Credit Card Orders:
We will contact you for the 3 digit code on the back of your card.
There is NOT a place to enter it in the payment section of the site.
